Charles Philip On August 31, 2011, CHARLES PHILIP SCHEINER, JR., beloved husband of Mildred S. (nee Snead) Scheiner; devoted father of Steven (Cindy) Scheiner and Dawn (David) Duegaw; cherished grandfather of Griffin, Ryan and John Duegaw and Adam Masom.

Also survived by numerous cousins and other loving family members.

The family will receive friends at HARRY H. WITZKE'S FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4112 Old Columbia Pike, Ellicott City, on Tuesday 3-5 and 7-9 PM. A Funeral Service will be held Wednesday 11 AM at Bethany United Methodist Church. Interment will follow at Jessops Methodist Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lombardi Gift Center for GI Cancer Research, (202)-687-2222 or to Gilchrist Hospice of Howard County.
